Job Description

  • Answer telephone, screen and route calls to specific people

  • Deal with queries from the public and customers.

  • Welcome visitors warmly, make sure they are comfortable, instruct them to meet people.

  • Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization

Job description

  • Welcome guests and connect them with suitable staff

  • Receive and deliver correspondence, newspapers, documents

  • Collecting payments/ deposit from customers and report daily to supervisors

  • Manage the residence facilities, swimming pool, tennis court, etc.

  • Solve customer demand, requests or transfer to the appropriate departments to handle
